About the Role
The L&Q Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to start a career with a values-led organisation committed to your learning and development. As a Graduate Site Manager within the Construction Quality and Compliance team, you will train as a Quality Inspection and Test Plan (QITP) Manager. This fixed term contract role (3 years) involves supporting site teams with quality inspection and test plan implementation, carrying out quality inspections and audits on live construction sites, monitoring compliance performance data using digital tools such as Field View, and collaborating with site teams and supply chains to resolve defects and uphold brand standards.

You will shadow senior colleagues, learn inspection processes, analyse performance trends, build reports, and support the transition from paper-based to digital inspections. From day one, you will be engaged in a meaningful, hands-on role with increasing responsibility, supported by experienced mentors and line managers who will guide your professional development.

Benefits include an excellent pension plan (up to 5% double contribution), 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days with length of service plus bank holidays, Westfield Health Cash Plan, non-contributory life assurance, up to 21 hours paid volunteering days, lifestyle benefits, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.

L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers, dedicated to delivering high quality homes that improve lives. The Construction Quality and Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring projects meet L&Q’s exacting standards through inspection protocols, smart data systems, and structured quality assurance.
