About the Role
Join our CleanStart Team at L&Q as a Caretaker working within a high performing front line service. This rewarding and challenging role involves working across the borough to deliver excellent caretaking and cleaning services to our residents. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, maintaining high standards of service at all times. Responsibilities include the use of various chemicals and mandatory PPE, reporting on site issues, litter picking, and ensuring the upkeep of communal areas. Full training is provided to help you reach the required standards.

Experience
Experience in a similar caretaking or cleaning role would be beneficial but is not essential as full training is provided.

- Basic knowledge of tools and materials associated with cleaning and removals
- Ability to solve problems and work without supervision to tight deadlines
- Awareness of risks associated with work tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile phone applications
- Ability to travel between sites is essential

Qualifications
The successful candidate will need to apply for or hold a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate to work within the team.
