About the Role
Join our revamped Housing Management Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Housing Assistant and help deliver an excellent service for residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player to support the Neighbourhood Housing Lead and Area Housing Manager in ensuring reliable, repeatable, and consistent services. You will support robust performance against all KPIs and targets, providing strong administrative support as part of a wider team. Your role will include responding to enquiries from residents and internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact, dealing with a variety of tenancy and estate management issues. You will also provide cover for Neighbourhood Leads to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and service consistency. This role offers hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office or working location.

Experience
Experience in building relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents is essential. Experience using Microsoft Office packages is also required.
