£30,455 to £33,356 per annum (London weighted salary, dependent on experience)
About the Role
Join the Housing Specialisms team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust as an ASB Assistant and play a key role in delivering excellent services to residents. This permanent position offers hybrid working with 20% to 40% of contractual hours worked from the Stratford reporting office. You will support ASB Caseworkers by providing strong administrative assistance and responding to resident enquiries at first point of contact. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer records in compliance with data protection legislation, managing red flag issues, and completing a variety of administrative tasks such as scanning, indexing, compiling chronologies, data input, minute taking, mail merges, post and invoice management, arranging meetings and training, and processing customer surveys and questionnaires. This role is vital in ensuring consistent, reliable services that meet performance targets and resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will need to apply for or hold a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate to work within the team.

Experience
Experience using Microsoft Office packages is essential. Previous customer service or administrative experience is highly desirable.
