Salary
£47,135 - £52,008 per annum dependent on experience plus Essential Car User Allowance of £1,300 per annum

About the Role
Join L&Q’s Major Works Delivery Team as a Delivery Programme Lead responsible for managing large, planned programmes including kitchen and bathroom renewals, external windows and door replacements, roofing, retrofit works, mechanical and electrical projects, and fire safety remediation. You will work closely with partnered contractors to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality delivery, maintaining L&Q property assets in line with allocated programmes. The role involves developing efficient, de-risked project solutions and acting as the first point of contact for residents, partners, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Partnership Manager, you will contribute your expertise to strengthen the team’s wealth of knowledge and experience.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience in project management of large, planned works including kitchen/bathroom renewals, external works, retrofit and complex projects.
- Strong contract management and risk management skills.
- Technical site experience including inspection, measurement, supervision, and sign-off of works.
- Knowledge of pricing structures such as NHF and schedule of rates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulae), mail merges, and presentations.

About You
- Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and support colleagues.
- Empathic and nurturing approach when dealing with residents and partners.
- Able to work as part of a team and contribute positively.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential due to travel between sites.
