About the Role
Join our Customer Care team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q)! If you are passionate about customer care and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive excellent service, this role is for you. As a Customer Care Officer within our Aftercare team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers reporting repairs in their new homes and contribute positively to new schemes that L&Q is developing.
You will need to be confident in engaging with customers, builders, and consultants, enjoy problem solving, and be determined to achieve positive outcomes within strict timeframes. Excellent telephone, organisational, and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role offers hybrid working with 20% to 40% of your contractual hours worked from the Stratford reporting office. Experience
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable but not mandatory. A strong commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with audiences at all levels is essential.

Strong IT skills are essential, particularly proficiency in Excel. There are no specific formal qualifications required, but a positive mindset and willingness to contribute to an exciting and challenging team environment are vital.
