About the Role
Join the Employee Relations Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, people-centred organisation dedicated to delivering high quality housing and services. Reporting to an Employee Relations Team Manager, you will support and coach people managers across your designated business area, managing a complex and varied caseload of employee relations cases. You will work collaboratively within a team of advisors to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties, regularly updating stakeholders on case progress and performance.
This role requires agility, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business issues into proactive solutions while guiding managers through formal processes. You will be part of a passionate team that champions employee relations and contributes to the strategic goals of the organisation.

Experience
Proven track record managing a high-volume, complex range of Employee Relations casework in a multi-site, diverse organisation. Experience supporting people managers and contributing to capability development to meet strategic business goals.
About you
Strong understanding of employment law. Excellent communication skills with an agile and proactive approach. Ability to translate business issues into practical solutions while guiding and educating managers through formal processes. Methodical, organised, and able to prioritise effectively. Collaborative with drive and enthusiasm to champion the service and deliver excellent stakeholder outcomes.
Qualifications
CIPD qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience in an Employee Relations Advisor role is highly desirable.
