Kings Hall Mews, London (South/Thames London) with hybrid working: 20%-40% of contractual hours from Stratford office, site and homeworking. Site attendance 4 days a week.

£47,135 - £52,008 per annum dependant on experience. Plus Essential Car User Allowance £1,300 per annum
About the Role
Join L&Q’s Major Works Delivery Team as a Delivery Programme Lead responsible for managing large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom renewals, External windows and door programmes, roofing, retrofit works, and fire safety remediation. You will work closely with partnered contractors to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products, ensuring L&Q property assets are maintained in line with allocated programmes. This role involves developing efficient, de-risked project solutions and acting as the first point of contact for residents, partners, and stakeholders. The position reports to the Partnership Manager and covers refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works.

Experience
Proven experience in project management of large, planned works including kitchen/bathroom renewals, external works, retrofit, and complex projects. Strong contract management and risk management skills are essential. Experience with inspection, measurement, supervision of works, and sign-off on-site is required. Knowledge of pricing structures such as NHF and schedule of rates is necessary.
About you
Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records. Strong collaboration and influencing skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulae), mail merges, and presentations. Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and support team members. Empathic, nurturing, and positive team player. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to travel between sites.
