About the Role
As a Business Support Officer at Greenwich Health Ltd, you will provide essential administrative support to help manage and deliver commissioned health services. Key responsibilities include diary management for the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officers, coordinating and managing various meeting and event requests, and generating minutes for all assigned internal and external meetings. You will collate meeting papers promptly to ensure meetings run effectively and efficiently, and act as a professional point of contact for the organisation.
You will engage in the delivery of a variety of project streams, with involvement ranging from supporting senior management to leading projects depending on their size and relevance. Your role will also include supporting central business functions such as HR, Finance, and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
Additional duties include supporting the organisation and communication of events related to the organisation’s well-being plans and external stakeholder engagement. Flexibility is required to perform other duties appropriate to the role as needed.
Experience
Experience in business administration or a similar support role is desirable, particularly with diary management, minute taking, and coordinating meetings or events. Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders is advantageous.

You have excellent communication skills and can maintain a courteous and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You are flexible and willing to support various business functions as required.
Qualifications
Relevant administrative or business qualifications are desirable but not essential. A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are key to success in this role.
