About the Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories. Every day brings varied and rewarding tasks, from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring each resident receives one-to-one time. Some experience caring for older people is required.
