8am until 3pm – Monday to Sunday
3pm – 10pm – Monday to Sunday
10pm – 8am – Monday to Sunday
Salary
£19.50 per hour after training completion
About the Role
At Your Life Your Way, we empower people to live independently, whether at home or in supported accommodation. Since 2010, our trusted team has delivered compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each individual’s needs. As a Care Support Assistant, you will join a friendly and dedicated team supporting a young lady who is deaf and blind and has learning disabilities. You will spend your entire shift providing focused, meaningful support to one person without travelling between sites. Full training will be provided to help you gain confidence and thrive in your role. Your responsibilities will include supporting with personal care, nutritional intake via Gastrostomy, maintaining a safe environment, administering medication when required, and supporting sensory needs and regulation.

Experience
Experience supporting people with a learning disability and challenging behaviour is an advantage but not essential.
