£19.50 per hour after training completion
About the Role
At Your Life Your Way, we empower people to live independently, whether at home or in supported accommodation. Since 2010, our trusted team has delivered compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each individual’s needs. As a Care Support Assistant, you will join a friendly and dedicated team supporting a young lady who is deaf and blind and has learning disabilities. You will spend your whole shift with one person, providing focused, meaningful support without travelling between sites. Experience
Experience supporting people with a learning disability and challenging behaviour is an advantage but not essential.
About you
A caring and empathetic nature with good communication skills and a genuine desire to support others. Basic IT and record-keeping skills are required. A good standard of spoken and written English is essential. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK with valid documentation for at least 12 months to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Must have a qualification in British Sign Language. All roles are subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check and references.
