You will spend your entire shift with one person, providing focused and meaningful support without travelling between sites.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care and toileting needs, supporting daily routines while encouraging independence, providing companionship and emotional support, helping with household tasks and meal preparation, supporting attendance at appointments and community activities, and administering medication when required.
We offer paid annual holiday leave, pension scheme entitlement, opportunities to gain qualifications in Health and Social Care, career progression pathways, Blue Light membership discounts, DBS certificate payment and Update Service reimbursement, a refer-a-friend bonus scheme, an online employee portal, confidential employee assistance helpline, and staff recognition through employee feedback surveys.
