Hours
The rolling rota consists of 3 weeks at 20 hours per week and 1 week at 10 hours per week, including waking night and day shifts.

Salary
£17.49 per hour for day shifts and £18.24 per hour for waking nights

About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will join a friendly and dedicated team supporting a client based in Wimbledon. You will spend your entire shift with one person, providing focused and meaningful support without travelling between sites. Experience
Previous experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

About you
You will be caring and compassionate with a genuine desire to make a real difference in someone’s life. Good communication skills, basic IT and record-keeping abilities are important. A full UK driving licence is advantageous. A good standard of spoken and written English is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required. You must have the right to work in the UK with valid documentation for at least 12 months. All roles are subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check and references. Person-centred care is a priority and you will have the opportunity to meet the client during the recruitment process.
