About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our Waltham Forest Repairs & Maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Your daily tasks will include a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve outstanding customer experience.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Carpenter / Joiner within responsive and planned maintenance environments, including work in both occupied and void properties.

About you
Customer focused with a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time and right first time. Punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant such as drills and breakers. You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only). MSPS values training and development and may support candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience to obtain them.

Qualifications
City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent. You will hold or be working towards holding a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is essential.
