About the Role
As the Cash & Banking Manager within the Transactional Finance team at Field Energy, you will play a key role in managing cash flow and banking operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily cash management activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can work collaboratively across finance functions to support the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Experience
Proven experience in cash management, banking operations, or transactional finance roles is essential. Experience working within a fast-paced financial environment and managing banking relationships is highly desirable.

You are analytical, organized, and have excellent communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
A relevant finance or accounting qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems are advantageous.
