About the Role
Join the Group Procurement Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust during an exciting period of transformation as we embed a new structure focused on category management and business partnering. As a Category Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans across a diverse range of goods and services. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse supply markets, and deliver category strategies that optimise value, quality, and service.
You will lead complex, multi-million-pound contract negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and commercial standards. Your role will be pivotal in shaping procurement outcomes through market insight, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. Reporting to a Senior Procurement Manager, you will work alongside Procurement Managers, Category Managers, and Procurement Officers in a collaborative environment.

Experience
Extensive experience managing end-to-end procurement activities with a strong understanding of Public Contracts Regulations. Proven track record in delivering procurement solutions tailored to stakeholder needs across both public and private sectors. Strong contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Experience in Corporate Services categories is desirable.
