About the Role

You will work closely with the Hospitality Supervisor/Manager at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, supporting the operations team, talented chefs, and target-driven salespeople to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks. You will build strong relationships with clients, understanding briefs and executing every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.

Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality role is advantageous but not essential.

About you
Excellent communication skills, supportive team player, ability to work under pressure, takes initiative, and provides excellent customer service. You should be able to work autonomously or within a team, adapt to different working conditions, maintain a positive attitude, and solve any customer service-related problems.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn are essential.
