About the Role
As a Catering Supervisor, you will support the manager in delivering quality service across the unit and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. You will ensure the highest standards of food and drink service are consistently provided, effectively utilise branding and marketing materials, and communicate clearly with your manager and team.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the entire operation of the catering unit during scheduled shifts, greeting customers and maintaining a visible presence, briefing staff on food and service standards, monitoring service quality and providing feedback to chefs and service teams, checking stock levels and ordering supplies, assisting in any area of the catering unit as needed, creating a positive team atmosphere and customer environment, configuring counter and display spaces attractively, ensuring QHSE standards are met and upheld, and assisting with administrative duties as required.

Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within catering is required.
