About the Role
OnSite Central Ltd is one of the UK’s leading providers of professional contracting services, specialising in drainage, sewer rehabilitation, pipelines, civil engineering, specialist maintenance, and rail services. We are seeking a proactive, safety-focused CCTV Team Leader to join our operational team and help deliver high-quality drainage services to our clients.

As a key member of our field operations, you will take ownership of preparing, delivering, and completing CCTV surveying works to industry standards. Leading by example, you will ensure safe working practices, guide your team on-site, and maintain excellent communication with clients and supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include preparing for each job by reviewing job packs, RAMS, and checking all equipment and vehicles; leading the crew on-site to carry out CCTV surveys and manhole inspections; completing dynamic risk assessments and ensuring all safety procedures are followed; allocating tasks effectively to maximise productivity and quality; keeping accurate records, job sheets, and technical documentation; maintaining clear communication with clients and supervisors; and ensuring every site is left clean, safe, and fully compliant.

Experience
Proven experience in drainage, CCTV surveying, or a similar operational field role is essential.

You are a confident team leader with the ability to guide and support others. You have a strong understanding of health & safety, RAMS, dynamic risk assessments, and safe systems of work. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills are required. You work efficiently, safely, and professionally on every site.
