We’re looking for a strong, reliable Chef de Partie to join our team, delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch for up to 70 people daily, alongside supporting premium hospitality and events. You’ll be working with top-quality, seasonal produce in a creative, fast-paced kitchen that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail. This is a client-facing role, so you’ll need to be confident, well-presented, and comfortable engaging with customers during service. Professionalism, consistency, and a genuine passion for great food and hospitality are essential.
Experience
Proven experience working in a Chef de Partie role.
About you
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Works according to the BaxterStorey core values.
