As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. You will maintain high quality standards for all dishes, considering presentation and taste at all times. Collaboration with your team is essential, communicating effectively and supporting colleagues as needed. You will also assist with menu development by collaborating with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including your designated area and equipment, is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
