As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and ensure high quality and presentation standards. Collaboration with the team is essential, including assisting colleagues and contributing to menu development by suggesting improvements and innovations. You will also maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
