Hours
Flexible working shift pattern covering early, middle and late shifts between 04:00 - 22:00. Shifts are 8.5 hours each. Flexibility is required to support lounge operations.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef while ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and keep your area clean and well stocked. Collaboration with the head chef on menu development and new recipe innovation will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
