About the Role
Join our client's neighbourhood restaurant that serves modern European dishes, utilizing the latest equipment and cooking techniques. With an intimate setup of 60 seats, the restaurant offers a variety of a la carte dishes, focusing on quality service supported by a dedicated management team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be part of a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine team, working alongside 7+ chefs in a spacious, state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned kitchen. The restaurant operates with an average of 20 covers for lunch and 60 for dinner, with the latest finish at 11pm. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Experience
A skilled and creative Chef de Partie who is confident in successfully running a kitchen section.
About you
You are organized, hard-working, and take pride in training junior members of the brigade. A stable employment history working within reputable restaurants, hotels, or members clubs is essential.
Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in fine dining establishments are preferred.
