About the Role
Our client is a neighbourhood restaurant that serves modern European dishes and utilises the latest equipment and cooking techniques. The restaurant has an intimate setup with 60 seats, offering a variety of a la carte dishes. The focus is on providing quality service, supported by a dedicated management team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be part of a team of 7+ chefs across the main kitchen and pastry, working in an amazing state-of-the-art spacious and fully air-conditioned kitchen. The latest finish is 11pm, and the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Experience
A skilled and creative Chef de Partie who is confident to successfully run a kitchen section.
About you
Organised, hard-working, and takes pride in training the junior members of the brigade. A stable employment history working within reputable restaurants, hotels, or members clubs is essential.
Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in a fine dining environment are preferred.
