About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to work directly with an independent chef/patron who is an incredibly talented mentor. Alongside a phenomenal Head Chef, both with over a decade of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, they have created a unique Mediterranean restaurant offering cutting-edge dishes. The restaurant exudes style and elegance, with every fixture, piece of furniture, bar, and private dining room hand-picked to create a distinctive and memorable dining experience for guests. The kitchen operates a lunch and dinner service with a small, weekly changing menu, averaging 100 covers for lunch and over 150 for dinner. You will join a professional team of 25 chefs in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
Experience
- A passionate, reliable, and competent Chef de Partie with a strong foundation gained through training in reputable kitchens.
About you
- Eager to learn and develop within a professional, foodie kitchen.
- Interested in expanding knowledge of different cooking techniques and using a variety of European ingredients.
- A keen communicator who can take instructions well and works effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant culinary training and experience within reputable kitchens preferred.
