As a Chef de Partie, you will join a fast-paced, creative kitchen delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch for up to 70 people daily, alongside supporting premium hospitality and events. You will work with top-quality, seasonal produce in an environment that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail.
This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, professionalism, and excellent presentation, as well as the ability to engage with customers during service. You will be responsible for food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards, managing your station, maintaining quality control, collaborating with the team, contributing to menu development, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of your area.

Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie
Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
