Experience
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within high-volume kitchens.
About you
Passionate about culinary excellence and committed to continuous learning and improvement. Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques. Excellent food preparation and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Culinary degree or diploma from a recognised institution.
Valid food hygiene certification.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
