Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years.
About you
You should have knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities, are essential.
