As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and ensure equipment is in good working order. You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, providing suggestions for new recipes and improvements. Effective communication and teamwork are essential as you support and assist colleagues to deliver high-quality food consistently.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
