As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. You will work closely with your team, supporting colleagues and maintaining high quality and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie within restaurants.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
