As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment is essential.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
