About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at BaxterStorey, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for food quality. You will assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations, prepare and cook menu items, and contribute to menu development while staying ahead of food trends. Your responsibilities will also include supporting stock taking and ensuring the smooth running of your section.

Experience
Successful progressive background in catering.

About you
Leaving Cert level education or above, NVQ qualification or equivalent, and a real passion for food and customer service. You should be innovative with menus and food presentation and possess good listening skills.

NVQ qualification or equivalent.
