As a Chef de Partie at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground (Women's First Team), you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head and sous chefs, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and ensure equipment is in good working order. You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, contributing ideas for new recipes and improvements.
This role may involve overnight travel in the absence of the First Team Travelling Chef. You will work closely with your team, communicating effectively and supporting colleagues to maintain high-quality standards in presentation and taste.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
