As a Chef de Partie at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground (Women's First Team), you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and innovate. This role may involve overnight travel in the absence of the First Team Travelling Chef.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications
