As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head and sous chefs, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing menus. This role may involve overnight travel in the absence of the First Team Travelling Chef.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
