Overall Objectives: To assist the Chef Manager in the management of the kitchen operation. 40 hours a week with weekend work required along with some away game travelling. You will be cooking for high profile athletes and prepping food for them (both at the training centre and for ad-hoc away games (during the week &/or weekends) in line with company standards.
