Key Responsibilities
Deliver high standards within all areas of the location including food, health & safety, and customer service. Work with the General Manager to ensure the location achieves financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget. Monitor staff performance, carry out appraisals, and identify training needs and potential. Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets, standards, and company/client information. Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding their food service and value expectations. Conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments, ensuring all hygiene and safety standards and procedures are maintained.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as a Chef Manager or senior chef seeking a new challenge managing a team. Preferably with a recent background in the food service or contract catering sector. Strong supervisory experience with financial and commercial acumen.

About you
You have a passion for working with the freshest and best ingredients and thrive being close to your kitchen. You are able to work effectively within a team, manage costs, negotiate and build relationships with suppliers, and ensure compliance with standards. You demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving and a genuine passion for food and customer service.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in a similar role is essential. Formal qualifications are not explicitly stated but ongoing training and development will be provided to support your growth.
