Your key responsibilities will include menu planning and execution, overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes, monitoring wastage and portion control, recruiting and managing kitchen and front of house teams, inventory and cost control, customer relations, health and safety compliance, budget and financial management, menu development and innovation, and maintaining compliance and documentation.

Experience
Proven experience commensurate with the role, including leadership and team management.
