About the Role
We are recruiting a Chef Manager to run one of our client’s restaurants airside at Heathrow Terminal 5. You will work closely with its sister restaurant nearby to deliver exceptional service throughout the day. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise both your cooking and management skills by producing, organising, and creating a fantastic team environment. You will maintain high standards through diligent record keeping, ensuring policies are implemented and dish specifications are followed.
Your responsibilities will include achieving financial targets in line with the budget, monitoring and appraising staff performance, identifying training needs, and holding regular team meetings to communicate targets, standards, and company and client information. You will ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service that consistently exceeds their food service and value expectations. Additionally, you will conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments, ensuring all hygiene and safety standards and procedures are established and maintained.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role with strong supervisory skills. Demonstrable ability to manage costs, negotiate and build relationships with suppliers. Financially and commercially astute with an analytical approach to problem solving.

Qualifications
Relevant culinary and management qualifications are desirable. A strong passion for food and leadership is essential.
