About the Role
We are recruiting a Chef Manager to run one of our client’s restaurants airside at Heathrow Terminal 5. You will work closely with its sister restaurant nearby to deliver exceptional food service. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise both your cooking and management skills to produce, organise, and create a fantastic team environment. You will maintain high standards through record keeping, ensure policies are implemented, and dish specifications are followed.
Your responsibilities will include achieving financial targets in line with the budget, monitoring and appraising staff performance, identifying training needs, and holding regular team meetings to communicate targets and standards. You will ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service that consistently exceeds their expectations. Additionally, you will conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments, maintaining all hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role with strong supervisory skills. Demonstrated ability to manage costs, negotiate and build relationships with suppliers. Financially and commercially astute with an analytical approach to problem solving.

Qualifications
Relevant experience within hospitality management is essential. A strong understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety standards is required. Passion and commitment to delivering excellent food and service are key.
