About the Role
Become a Chef Trainer and shape the culinary future! This role offers a great work-life balance with no weekend shifts, combining remote work with on-site visits to apprentice kitchens. You will inspire and teach apprentices using your kitchen expertise, supporting hands-on learning at our award-winning Chef Academy. Your responsibilities include developing future talent by understanding apprentices’ goals, guiding their progress in culinary skills as well as functional English and maths, and collaborating with employers to provide feedback. You will manage your schedule from home using Google Suite and internal systems to ensure smooth administration and effective training delivery.

Experience
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager with a passion for sharing culinary knowledge.
About you
Passionate about training and developing others, comfortable with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks, and committed to supporting apprentices’ growth. You must have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
Qualifications
Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths qualifications, with full support provided. An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role.
