From £27,000 plus £3,500 London Weighting (if applicable) and quarterly tax-free bonuses

About the Role
Become a Chef Trainer and shape the culinary future by inspiring and teaching the next generation of chefs. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule with no weekend shifts, combining remote work with on-site visits to apprentice kitchens. You will support apprentices at our award-winning Chef Academy, helping them master culinary techniques and develop essential skills including English and maths relevant to kitchen operations. You will also build strong relationships with employers to provide feedback on apprentice progress and manage your schedule efficiently using digital tools.

As a Chef Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing future talent, guiding apprentices through their learning journey and ensuring they gain the skills needed to succeed in the culinary industry.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager with a passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring others.

About you
Passionate about the culinary industry and eager to make a positive impact through training. Comfortable with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks. Willing to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths qualifications with support provided. Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for regional travel.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required to start; however, commitment to achieving Level 2 English and maths is essential. Enhanced DBS check required due to working with vulnerable groups.
