About the Role
Urban Jungle is seeking a Claims Handler (Personal Lines) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing personal lines insurance claims efficiently and accurately. You will liaise with customers, assess claims, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth claims experience. Experience
Previous experience in insurance claims handling or a related customer service role is preferred but not essential. A keen interest in personal lines insurance and claims processes is beneficial.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, relevant insurance qualifications or willingness to obtain them would be advantageous.
