About the Role
Urban Jungle is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Handler (Personal Lines) to join our team. In this role, you will manage and process personal lines insurance claims efficiently and with excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure claims are handled promptly and accurately, contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the company’s commitment to innovation and quality in insurance services.

Experience
Previous experience in personal lines claims handling or insurance claims processing is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously are important.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required; however, relevant insurance qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
