About the Role
Rainham Village Primary School is seeking a full time Class Teacher to cover maternity leave commencing January 2027. This fixed term position offers the opportunity to work with enthusiastic, hard working children who enjoy learning. The school prides itself on a strong partnership between governors, staff, parents, pupils and the local community, alongside continuous professional learning, development and improvement. This role is paid on the main scale and is not suitable for Early Career Teachers.

Experience
Experience of teaching children within Key Stage 1 is essential.

- Good understanding of emotional literacy

Qualifications
