About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working things out, finding patterns in information and ensuring tasks are completed methodically and accurately. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the practice’s approach to data quality, proactive patient care and service improvement. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of primary care while working closely with clinical and administrative teams. We are looking for someone who does not simply process tasks but asks insightful questions such as: "What is the data telling us?" "Which patients need attention?" "Is anything missing?" and "Can this process be improved?" This position values intellectual curiosity, analytical ability and a strong aptitude for working with data and systems. Previous GP experience is not essential if you have the right attitude and skills. Graduates with degrees in relevant or analytical subjects may find this role particularly suited to their strengths, but equivalent experience is equally valued.
Experience
Experience working with data and systems is highly desirable but not essential. We welcome candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity, regardless of prior GP or healthcare experience.
About you
You should be methodical, detail-oriented and enjoy problem-solving. A proactive approach to identifying improvements and a willingness to learn quickly are essential. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, asking insightful questions and contributing to service development.
Qualifications
A degree in a relevant or analytical subject is advantageous but not required. Equivalent ability demonstrated through previous experience will also be considered.
