About the Role
Grand Union Health Centre is seeking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) team. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team comprising 20 pharmacists, 2 pharmacy technicians, doctors, nurses, HCAs, and paramedics. The role is primarily based in one practice within a high-performing general practice and PCN environment serving approximately 90,000 patients in a diverse central London area. You will receive clinical supervision and support from experienced GP-based pharmacists and benefit from exceptional administrative support. This position is eligible for CPPE mandatory training (unless exempt) and funded independent prescribing courses. Pharmacists in general practice are an essential part of our primary care workforce, and successful candidates will work collaboratively within networks of practices to deliver high-quality patient care.

Experience
We welcome applications from candidates who are already Independent Prescribers as well as those interested in undertaking Independent Prescribing or CPPE training.
