Agenda for Change Band 7 Entry Level: £56,276 per annum pro rata
Agenda for Change Band 8a Entry Level: £64,156 per annum pro rata

About the Role
The Clinical Practice Educator (CPE) plays a vital role in shaping the clinical skills and professional development of physician associate students through supervised, practical, hands-on learning experiences in secondary care environments. This role involves delivering high-quality bedside teaching and facilitating the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world clinical settings. The CPE will support students by providing workplace-based education and supervision, ensuring they develop the necessary skills, clinical knowledge, and professional attitudes required for newly qualified physician associates. This fixed term position is for 12 months and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the education and development of future healthcare professionals within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Experience
- Experienced physician associate with at least 3 years of clinical experience in a secondary care environment
- Experience delivering workplace-based physician associate or clinical education and supervision of student healthcare professionals
