About the Role
BaxterStorey is seeking a Coffee Bar Supervisor to join our team at ASOS HQ in London. For almost 20 years, we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus, and friendly teams to provide exceptional hospitality experiences. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. As a Coffee Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our team, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to our mission of creating a food revolution.

Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.

You are enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous.
