About the Role
Join a stable, family-owned commercial HVAC service provider with over 40 years of industry experience. As a Commercial Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineer, you will work as a mobile engineer attending a variety of commercial sites including office buildings, leisure facilities, educational establishments, healthcare environments, and facilities management companies. Your responsibilities will include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and breakdown response, fault finding and diagnostics, air conditioning and ventilation system servicing, Air Handling Unit (AHU) maintenance including filter and belt replacement, refrigerant leak detection, pressure testing, repair and recharge, system performance checks, control adjustments, and completing job reports using a mobile field management system. You will also provide professional customer updates on site. The role offers a varied mix of maintenance, repairs, and technical problem-solving with work carefully scheduled to balance travel, customer requirements, and engineer expertise. Experience
- Maintaining commercial HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Working with commercial air conditioning and ventilation equipment
About you

- Good IT skills for completing digital job reports
- Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Full UK driving licence
Qualifications
- Relevant air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas certification
